Spinach Lentils Salad

    1. Roughly chop the spinach and put it into a bowl.
    2. Thoroughly wash the lentils and add them to the bowl with the spinach.
    3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves or fourths and add them to the bowl.
    4. Finely dice the onions and add them to the bowl.
    5. Dice the avocados and the pickles into pieces of about 1x1cm and add them to the bowl.
    6. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into slices of about 1cm width and add them to the bowl.
    7. Add olive oil and grind some salt & pepper over the bowl.
    8. Alternatively, use some of the oil from the jars of sun-dried tomatoes.
    9. Mix everything together.
